Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. During peak periods (Black Friday, holiday season), processing may take up to 3 business days — we will notify you by email if this applies to your order.
Shipping Times & Rates
We ship from our North American fulfillment centers. Shipping is FREE on every order — no minimum, no surprises at checkout.
- United States (contiguous): 5-9 business days after processing
- Canada: 5-10 business days after processing
- Alaska, Hawaii, remote areas: 8-14 business days
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and begin when your order ships, not when it is placed. Carrier delays, weather events, and customs inspections (for Canadian orders) are outside our control, but we will always help you track down a late package.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a tracking number within 48 hours of your order shipping. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show its first scan — this is normal. You can track your package at any time using the link in your shipping email.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@getplushpup.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it free of charge. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it; packages returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at a small reshipment fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us. We will either reship your order for free or issue a full refund — your choice. If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier office first, then reach out; we will work with you on a solution.
Customs & Duties (Canada)
Most orders under CAD $150 are not subject to duties. In the rare case customs fees apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
