1. Agreement

By accessing getplushpup.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & Accuracy

We work hard to display our products accurately, but slight variations in color may occur due to screens and lighting. Product dimensions are approximate (±3 cm) due to the plush nature of the materials. Product images may include styling props not included in your purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case you will be fully refunded immediately. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order.

5. Important Product Disclaimer

PlushPup products are comfort accessories. They are not medical or veterinary devices and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. If your dog shows signs of severe anxiety, chronic pain, or mobility issues, please consult a licensed veterinarian. Always supervise your pet with any new product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, design, logo, product descriptions, photographs — is the property of PlushPup or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Québec, unless consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
