Who We Are

PlushPup (“we”, “us”) operates getplushpup.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it. We keep it in plain English, because privacy policies should be readable.

What We Collect

Order information: name, shipping address, email address, phone number (optional), and the items you purchase.
Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Your card number never touches our servers and we never see or store it.
Browsing data: pages visited, device type, and approximate region, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Data

To process and deliver your orders, and to send you order confirmations and tracking updates.
To answer your support requests.
To measure and improve our advertising (see Cookies & Advertising below).
To send occasional marketing emails only if you opt in — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Cookies & Advertising

We use cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand which of our ads work and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our store. This data is aggregated and does not include your payment details. You can opt out of non-essential cookies via your browser settings, and opt out of personalized Meta ads in your Facebook Ad Preferences.

Who We Share Data With

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the partners required to run the store:

Fulfillment partners — name and address, to pack and deliver your order;
Stripe — to process payment;
Meta — aggregated advertising events;
Authorities, only if legally required.

Data Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe. Support conversations are deleted after 2 years.

Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, Québec Law 25)

Wherever you live, we honor these rights: access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to its processing. Email support@getplushpup.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email or a notice on the site.
