The 30-Day Deep Sleep Guarantee<\/h2>\n

We believe in our products enough to make this simple: if your dog does not love their PlushPup product within 30 days of delivery<\/strong>, we will refund you in full. No return-shipping battles, no restocking fees, no interrogation. Dogs do not fake comfort \u2014 and we stand behind that.<\/p>\n

How to Request a Refund<\/h2>\n

  1. Email support@getplushpup.com<\/a> with your order number<\/strong> and a short note about why it did not work out (it helps us improve).<\/li>\n
  2. Our team responds within 24 hours with your options.<\/li>\n
  3. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days<\/strong>. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 days to appear on your statement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Damaged or Defective Items<\/h2>\n

    If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will ship a free replacement<\/strong> immediately or issue a full refund \u2014 no need to return the damaged item.<\/p>\n

    Wrong Item Received<\/h2>\n

    Received the wrong size or color? We will send the correct item at no cost and let you keep or donate the incorrect one.<\/p>\n

    Order Cancellations<\/h2>\n

    You can cancel any order for a full refund within 12 hours<\/strong> of purchase, as long as it has not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible \u2014 once a package ships, the 30-day guarantee applies instead.<\/p>\n

    Exceptions<\/h2>\n

    • Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery are handled case by case \u2014 reach out, we are humans.<\/li>\n
    • Products damaged by chewing or misuse are not covered by the guarantee (comfort products are built for sleeping, not for determined chewers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Late or Missing Refunds<\/h2>\n
